Amendment 3;Right to not have to quarter Soldiers and seizures
DID YOU ASK IF YOU COULD STAY HERE?
Definition: No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
SIMPLE DEFINITION: No solider can quarter (reside) in one's home unless he/she has the permission of the owner.

Though this particular photo is hilarious, it does serve as an adequate example of this amendment being exercised.
