The Inalienable Rights 
*these rights are useful until they violate the rights of another individual, these also at no point can be taken away*
1. Freedom of speech- the right to express any individuals opinion without any constraints
2. Freedom of the press- the right to have opinions published without governmental censorship
3. Freedom to petition- the right to present requests and ideas to the government without punishment
4. Freedom of religion- the right to practice any religion that an individual desires
5. Freedom of assembly- the right to peaceful protest
